Mindfulness is the process of bringing your attention to experiences happening in the present moment. It is a very simple form of meditation known to improve well-being and to bring positive benefits for health, happiness, work and relationships. During the evening, you will discover how mindfulness can be used in everyday life to help with stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. You will also be guided through a mindfulness meditation.
Beverages and light snacks will be provided. Please wear comfortable clothing.

About the Instructor:
Denise Funfar has an international background in workplace well-being with a Master's in Business, emphasizing People and Change Management. She received her teacher training in mindfulness through UCSD where she participated in the MBSR Teacher Training, Teacher Practicum Programs, and mentorship by senior teachers. Driven by a curiosity to understand how to live a meaningful and joyous life, Denise has also been a student of mindfulness and self-development for many years.
